Good afternoon! I was able to have someone fix my lamp that I broke playing wii-tennis last week. I have tried to practice a gentler approach to tennis while I am inside and they do give you warnings to clear the area. So that being taken care of and I have practiced my advanced step regularly, still can’t score higher than my daughter but I am exercising and that is the important thing. I love the cycling for exercise too and I do that one fairly regularly as well.
When I mention wellness, I truly do mean overall wellness, mental, physical, financial, environmental and more. I will change the subject slightly and talk about the effects of wii fit and mental health. I do believe that any physical activity helps maintain a better mental state and the best part is that when you are active and you can concentrate on the activity that you are doing your mind relaxes from your stresses of the day. I know that has been beneficial to me as well as the physical. So as nutty as some may think that I am, I will have to agree to some extent but I do not stress over the daily grind anymore as I once did.
I hope you all take your vitamins, keep active, any activity will do and take more time for you. I know there is a saying about caring for yourself and I forget what the saying is but the general gist of is was to take care of yourself so you will be well enough to care for others. I think I have that gene for nurturing and so I take my vitamins daily and I am well.
I need to run and get in a little wii time before I pick the dog up from daycare, be in touch soon.
